No cap on how many you send, and no cap on how long you are paid for them.

Held for 30 days

Each month is held for 30 days before it can be paid, so a refund inside that window does not have to be clawed back from you later.

$25 to ask for a payment

Ask whenever your ready balance is over $25. There is no schedule to wait for.

$600 in a year needs a W-9

Past $600 in a calendar year, a W-9 is needed before the next payment goes out. That is the IRS threshold, not ours.

How it works

You get a link.: Sign up below and your link is ready immediately. There is nothing to apply for and nobody approves you.
They get $11.11 off their first month.: An agent who joins from your link pays $77.77 for their first month instead of $88.88, so the link is worth sending rather than just worth having.
Every month they pay, $11.11 is yours.: It lands as pending, waits its 30 days, then moves to ready.

Who can do it, and what counts

Anyone, agent or not.: You do not have to hold a real estate licence, you do not have to be in the business, and you do not have to pay for Homies yourself. If you know agents, you can send them a link. Agents who already use it send it to the people they came up with, which is the most common way it happens.
90 days to make up their mind.: Anyone who opens your link and signs up within 90 days is yours, whether they sign up that minute or come back three weeks later. They start on the same 7 day free trial as everybody else, so nobody is paying before they have seen the app.
For as long as they stay.: An agent who stays two years is $11.11 a month for two years. If they cancel, that month is the last one, and nothing is taken back.
One agent, one affiliate.: An agent belongs to the first link they opened inside the window, so there is nothing to argue about later.
