What Arizona agents ask first
- Does it fill and sign AAR forms?
- No, and it is not going to. Arizona forms come from the licensed provider you already use. What Homies does is keep track of them: which documents are due on a deal, which are signed, and the signed file itself, so you can see what is still outstanding without opening anything.
- Is there an MLS feed in it?
- No. You add a home by pasting the listing link, and it fills in the details and a preview photo for you. Nothing is scraped and no feed is licensed, which is also why there is nothing for your broker to sign before you can start.
- Will it text my clients?
- No. Once a client has their app, messages and calls happen inside it, so the conversation stays attached to the person and the home instead of living in your phone. Leads and anyone without an app yet, you call and email as normal.
- Do I have to move everything over first?
- No. Put in the deals you have open now and the people you are actually working. Past clients can go in by the year they closed whenever you get to it.

Each client installs an app from a link you send. It sits on their home screen with your name under it and your icon on it, in a look you pick from nineteen. Nothing inside it says Homies.
