HOMIES / THE CLIENT SIDE
The CRM is half of it.
The client portal is the rest.
A CRM you look at is a filing cabinet. Homies gives every client their own app, under your name, so the work you do in the CRM is the thing they can see.
01 / WHAT THEY OPEN
What your client
actually opens.
Five screens, on their phone, with only their own move in them. You decide what is shared.
- Client home
- Shared homes
- Dates
- Documents
- Messages
The five screens
- Client home
- What you have them doing next, in an app with your name under it.
- Shared homes
- The homes you picked, to love or pass, with a note back to you.
- Dates
- The dates that matter on their sale, the ones you chose to share.
- Documents
- What is due, what is signed, and where to put what is missing.
- Messages
- One thread with you, kept with everything else about their move.
02 / YOUR NAME
It is their app,
under your name.
Your client installs it from a link you send. It goes on their home screen with your app name under it and your icon on it, in a look you choose from nineteen. Nothing inside it says Homies. There is no app store and nothing to download.
03 / FOLLOW-UP
Why it changes
the follow-up.
A buyer who can see the homes you picked loves or passes on them, and leaves you a note saying why. That answer lands on the person in your CRM, not in a text thread you have to remember to read. A seller who can see the dates on their own sale asks you fewer times where things stand.
Documents work the same way. What is due shows as due, and a file against it means signed, so the question of what is outstanding has one answer you both read from.
04 / ONE THREAD
One thread,
not four.
Messages and calls between you and a client with a portal happen inside the app, so the conversation stays attached to the person and the deal. Audio and video calls run there too. Leads and anyone who does not have a portal yet, you call and email the normal way.
SEE IT BEFORE YOU SEND IT
Open the client side
with sample data.
The live demo opens the client side with sample data, so you can see what your client sees before you send it to anyone. The agent side is on the agents page, and it is one price per agent.
