The small print, in full

When am I first charged?: At 4pm on day seven, in your time zone. Never before, and never less than seven full days after you sign up.
Why do you take my card up front?: So the trial ends by becoming an account instead of by locking you out. The trial is also the cancel window: cancel inside it and the card is never charged.
What if I cancel later?: You keep full access to the end of the month you paid for. Nothing is deleted when it ends.
What if a payment fails?: You keep working for seven more days while you sort it out. After that the account goes read only, which means your work is all still there and still readable.
Does my client pay anything?: Never. Their app is part of your account, however many clients you have.
